Job Description

  • Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for IT systems and digital solutions;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements;
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories;
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather and validate requirements;
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with business goals;
  • Support testing efforts by defining test cases and validating outcomes;
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders;
  • Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes;
  • Ensure alignment with IT governance, compliance, and security standards.

Experience

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related fields;
  • Proven track record in delivering complex IT projects across multiple domains;
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies;
  • Strong background in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation;
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or custom platforms;
  • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams;
  • Exposure to data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools;
  • Experience in change management and user adoption strategies;
  • Previous involvement in sustainability or traceability projects is a plus.

Additional Information

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio);
  • Skilled in using tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, ServiceNow or similar;
  • Familiarity with SQL and data querying tools;
  • Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
