We are seeking a seasoned front-end expert to lead the development of user-facing features. As a Senior Front End Developer, you will play a crucial role in building clean, responsive, and user-centric web applications.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging HTML5, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS3 to deliver seamless digital experiences at scale.

You will collaborate closely with designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to drive projects forward. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing user-facing features using HTML5, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS3.
  • Working with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces.
  • Optimizing web applications for speed, performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Mentoring junior developers and providing code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
  • Partnering with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow between front-end and server-side systems.
  • Implementing best practices in front-end architecture, reusable components, and modular design patterns.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving front-end issues across different environments and devices.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6-8+ years of professional front-end development experience.
  • Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS/LESS), and modern JavaScript (ES6/ES7).
  • Experience with responsive design, grid systems, and mobile-first development.
  • Proficiency in debugging and optimizing front-end performance.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  • Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.).
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
