**A Hybrid working model**
Once offices are fully open we will be moving to a hybrid working model, which will allow our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. **What does an Operation Intern do at Hogarth?**
The intern will have the opportunity to develop a career while helping the Operations Team in activities whose objective is to increase the use of automations, to a better support for our active tools and new tools as well as build reliable reports with the data that the Hogarth Brazil team create, presenting the same on the best way possible to analyse.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Support the Operations Team researching and developing routines to improve the efficiency at Hogarth;
- Supporting other teams from Hogarth with their dashboards at Power BI and Power Automate;
- Be the key user of Hogarth for SharePoint statements;
- Help the Hogarth Brazil team on their request regarding operations questions;
- Assist the operations team to maintain the database information's updated and organized;
- Be willing to help the operations team in daily actions to better serve the Hogarth Brazil team.
**Reporting lines and key stakeholders**
This role reports to the Operations Coordinator
You will work closely with IT, HR and Finance team
**Requirements**:
- Business or Engineer student or similar courses;
- English: Intermediate (writing and reading);
- Knowledge of Office 365 (Power Platform; Power BI; SharePoint)
- Experience with JIRA or tools from this linework;
- Desired experience with CRM Solutions like Pipefy, RD Station...;
- Desired experience with Repetitive Process Automation - RPA.
