Senior Project Manager Job Summary: Are you an experienced project management professional with a strong background in IT and Agile methodologies? Do you have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope? We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and maximum business value. Required Skills and Qualifications: Fluent English with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 8 years IT Project Management experience in Agile Scrum environment, focusing on application software development. Prior hands-on development or coding experience. Proven track record of managing teams of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts. Hands-on experience with Microsoft DevOps, managing user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics. Ability to perform business analysis, including requirements gathering and process documentation. Experience in managing project budgets over $1M and delivering projects on time and within scope. Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written. Strong leadership and team management skills. Strong organizational skills and mindset. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Experience in the Oil and Gas industry. Previous experience in a consulting role or possessing a consultative mindset. PMP certification and CSM. Familiarity with Change Management, Risk Analysis, and Cloud Technologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and control activities. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules. Establish and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Ensure project compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
