Share best practices across units and contribute to plant performance with a "ONE MANUFACTURING TEAM" mindset. Detect and develop talent to grow careers in the shop; export talent to other activities to support business needs. Support shop decisions even when uncertainty and unfavorable circumstances impact the own unit. Improve the performance of the business unit through regular coaching, feedback and recommendations for development of support team members. People developer: deploy a lifelong learning mindset, evaluate competencies, identify development opportunities, support training, promote career paths, build diverse teams and mentor and coach. Represent the company values, purpose and strategy: consistently live out the values, inspire employees, motivate teams by leveraging the Michelin purpose & Dream, align the vision at the shop level and engage teams, address employee issues and attendances on time and develop safety as a value. Customer & business partner: understand customer needs and business stakes, steer the business unit, support local teams for industrializations, modifications, digitalization and industry transformations. Environment promoter: promote a culture of sustainability, comply with strategy for environmental impact and biodiversity.
