The Data Engineer will be responsible for identifying, creating, analyzing and preparing data required for modern BI and ML solutions. About The Opportunity Netrix Global is looking for a Data Engineer for the Professional Services – Data Intelligence department. The Data Engineer will be responsible for identifying, creating, analyzing and preparing data required for modern BI and ML solutions. Candidates for this position must be customer-focused, embrace an entrepreneurial spirit, and be hands-on. This role will report to the Manager, Data Intelligence. How You Will Make An Impact Identifying, creating, preparing data required for modern BI solutions Designing ETLs and ELTs for data transformations Designing and management of Datalakes architectures Working with Apache Hadoop projects (Spark, Hive, Pig, Oozie, Airflow, etc) Integrating and testing BI solutions Creating and documenting the tests to meet requirements Working with Bigdata Environments Managing Data Cloud services, data access, security and governance Managing monitoring and logs of applications and services What You Will Bring To The TableExperience in Data Engineer role and tasks as ETL, Big Data, data ingest, data streaming Experience working in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure) Knowledge of Python, R or other data process tools Fluent English Level Experience usingAWS (S3, AWS Glue, Athena, Sagemaker, etc)or AzureData services Experience using Devops tools (Git, pipelines) Experience working in an Agile Scrum team Experience working with infrastructure as a code (Terraform, Cloudformation, etc.) Location Argentina (any part of the country its great for us) Shift 9 a.m to 6 p.m from Monday to Friday What We Offer Swiss Medical: SMG-30 (family members included).
