O QUE VOCÊ IRÁ FAZER COMO SOFTWARE DEVELOPER III Implementar e sustentar o ambiente Salesforce, realizando o desenvolvimento de novas funcionalidades, correções, qualidade, integração de dados, performance, disponibilidade, qualidade e segurança, visando o cumprimento das metas definidas pela Companhia. O QUE PRECISAMOS Gostar de programar; Se preocupar com excelência técnica e boas práticas de programação - Aqui nos preocupamos bastante com design patterns e boas práticas de arquitetura (Clean code, SOLID, TDD, etc.); Ter experiência nas nuvens Service e Sales, tais como a implementação de fluxos de casos (Entitlement, Milestones, Email-to-Case, etc); Ter experiência na plataforma Salesforce, tais como triggers, componentes (VFP, Aura e LWC), fluxos de automação (Flow, Workflow, Process Builder, etc); Ter experiência no desenvolvimento de APIs (Rest, SOAP e Bulk); Experiência em ambiente com CI / CD; Curtir a cultura ágil e ferramentas correlatas (Scrum e Kanban). CONHECIMENTOS QUE FAZEM A DIFERENÇA Conhecimento em Experience Cloud; Conhecimento em Loyalty Cloud; Conhecimento em Digital Engagement; Conhecer e / ou já ter trabalhado com Kafka, RabbitMQ e Sensedia; Formação em TI.
