Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener servicios backend escalables y seguros.
  • Asegurar que las funcionalidades sean entregadas a tiempo y con la máxima calidad.
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios (Producto, QA, DevOps) para garantizar la calidad y el rendimiento de las entregas.
  • Participar activamente en revisiones de código, definición de arquitectura y procesos de mejora continua.
  • Estimar recursos y requerimientos técnicos para la planificación de proyectos.
  • Depurar y corregir errores en funcionalidades existentes según sea necesario.
  • Detectar, diagnosticar y resolver problemas de rendimiento, así como prevenirlos proactivamente.
  • Implementar y mantener pipelines de integración.
Requisitos
  • 7+ años de experiencia sólida en desarrollo Backend (idealmente con Java).
  • Experiencia en el diseño e implementación de APIs.
  • Conocimiento práctico en Docker y Kubernetes.
  • Familiaridad con bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales (Oracle, Postgres, Redis).
  • Experiencia en integración y mantenimiento de pipelines CI/CD.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas de monitoreo y logging (Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Experiencia con frameworks de testing unitario e integración.
  • Capacidad para diagnosticar y prevenir problemas de rendimiento y optimización.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo colaborativo.

  • Backend: Java, Node.js.
  • Bases de datos: Oracle, Postgres, Redis.
  • Infraestructura: Docker, nginx, traefik
Formación y Experiencia Deseada
  • Título universitario en Ing. en Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación o afines.
  • Experiencia en empresas B2B, SaaS o tecnológicas.
  • Experiencia en la industria financiera.
