Responsibilities: Temporary position (1-year project) in the Master Data Tower, as part of the SAP S/4HANA implementation. Responsible for supporting the sanitization, standardization, and structuring of master material data currently maintained in SAP ECC, ensuring data quality and integrity for migration to the new system. Coordinate and perform critical analyses of the material and supplier base in SAP ECC, focusing on standardization, sanitization, and preparation for migration to SAP S/4HANA; Interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications for correct material classification and technical enrichment; Lead standardization initiatives for descriptions, technical attributes, and taxonomies according to the Master Data project guidelines; Validate master data with engineering, maintenance, supplies, fiscal, accounting, and cost areas. Participate in the sanitization, standardization, and preparation process of the supplier base on the SAP Ariba platform, ensuring adherence to policies and compliance requirements; Identify failures, inconsistencies, and duplicates in material and supplier bases, proposing solutions aligned with best practices for data governance; Support the construction and application of data quality rules for materials and suppliers; Assist in data filling according to SAP standards, aiming to ensure quality in migration. Ensure compliance with master data governance guidelines and collaborate with other project towers. Requirements: Higher education; Technical knowledge of industrial materials (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, automation, and instrumentation, etc.); Technical drawing reading and interpretation; Solid experience with material and supplier registration and maintenance in SAP ECC and S/4 Hana (MM module); Experience with master data governance and/or master data management platforms like WebforMat and Astrein; Familiarity with the SAP Ariba platform, especially in supplier registration and homologation processes; Analytical profile, with attention to details, organization, and critical vision. Ability to create RPA, Scripts in Microsoft Excel. Differentials: Previous participation in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects; In-depth knowledge of taxonomies and material classification (UNSPSC, NCM, eClass, etc.); Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and master data governance processes; Knowledge of applicable technical standards (ABNT, ISO, ASTM, DIN); Technical leadership capability, transversal action, and quality-oriented data vision.
