As Cybersecurity Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support for the client’s security infrastructure, ensuring the effective and secure operation of privileged access solutions.
You will work onsite at the client's environment, assisting in incident resolution, implementing improvements, and ensuring compliance with security policies.

Activities:

  • Monitor and maintain information security solutions with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM);
  • Promptly respond to security incidents, performing analysis and problem resolution;
  • Implement updates and improvements in the security infrastructure;
  • Collaborate with the client’s team to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures;
  • Generate periodic performance and incident reports;
  • Participate in regular client meetings to discuss the current status and needs of the security infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related fields;
  • Proven experience in technical support and maintenance of security solutions;
  • Solid knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM);
  • Strong problem-solving and incident analysis skills;
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team, including direct interaction with the client.
Differentials:
  • Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISM, CyberArk, BeyondTrust);
  • Knowledge of related areas such as IAM, SIEM, DLP, etc.;
  • Technical English for reading and writing documentation.
Workplace:
  • Onsite – You will be allocated directly at the client's premises (Berrini/SP);
