We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to be a key finance partner supporting strategic decision-making through insightful analysis, robust forecasting, and performance reporting. You’ll collaborate across functions and geographies, helping shape the financial narrative and drive business outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze monthly results, identify key variances, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. Business Partnering: Work closely with business units to understand performance drivers and support strategic initiatives with financial rigor. Planning & Forecasting: Lead components of the annual budget and rolling forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals. Financial Modeling & KPIs: Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting packages to track key metrics and support decision-making. Process Improvement & Automation: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, leveraging tools like Hyperion, Power BI, and Excel. Ad-hoc Analysis & Presentations: Support quarterly business reviews and executive presentations with compelling data storytelling. About YouBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus). 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and business acumen. Proficient in financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese. Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment.
