As a SAP Project Manager at Avvale, you will be responsible for assembling the project team, assigning responsibilities, identifying resources, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of SAP Analytics and technology projects. You will manage teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with quality results. Your role includes planning, organizing, monitoring, and overseeing projects to meet business requirements.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinating resource availability and allocation.
  • Developing detailed project plans and tracking progress.
  • Communicating project objectives and supporting the team to achieve them.
  • Coordinating internal and external resources for project execution.
  • Measuring project performance and reporting to management.
  • Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • Managing scope changes, budgets, and timelines proactively.
  • Ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and fostering client relationships.
  • Participating in developing project management best practices.
  • Following organizational project procedures.

Requisitos

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • 5+ years of experience leading SAP Analytics projects and managing software development lifecycles.
  • Ability to apply SAP Analytics knowledge to problem-solving and overcoming project hurdles.
  • Experience in process building, optimization, and release scheduling.
  • Experience engaging with clients and building positive relationships.
  • Experience leading SAP projects and managing software development life cycles.
  • Experience with Agile projects and tools like Jira or Rally.
  • PMP, Agile, or Activate certifications preferred.
