/>//drummond.Solides.Jobs/RESPONSIBILITIES· Assist in the preparation of trial balances and financial statements.· Execute and manage spreadsheets and accounting reports, performing expense classification and trial balances.· Process accounts receivable and accounts payable write-offs in the tax module of the Domínio system, according to supporting documents provided by clients.· Record, classify, reclassify, provision, and reverse accounting entries in the balance sheet areas assigned by the Senior/Supervisor.· Process receipt write-offs.· Review bank transactions.· Organize documentation related to the company's accounting.· Prepare documents and perform their accounting classification.· Generate accounting entries.· Assist in tax calculations.· Reconcile accounts and complete tax payment forms and requests with government agencies.REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST HAVE:
· Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);
· Previous experience as an Accounting Assistant for any period or equivalent knowledge;
· Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Accounting;
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
NICE TO HAVE:
· Experience with the Dominio system;
