application pack: at: are currently seeking an experienced Groundsperson to help maintain and enhance the quality of our facilities and grounds, ensuring they consistently meet the highest standards, in line with legislative and environmental compliance and best practice. This role involves maintaining the aesthetically pleasing appearance of the external facilities with trees, shrubs, flowers, and grass, and ensuring that the pitch remains in top condition for play.
This position is based at Lancashire FA, full-time, working 35 hours a week (8am – 4pm), with occasional evening and weekend commitments.
The successful applicant will need to have a successful track record of grounds management service delivery, be proficient with operating groundskeeping equipment, and be physically fit and strong to meet the demands of this position.
