About the RoleAI + Python Engineer – design and deploy advanced generative AI solutions across text, image, and video modalities. You will work at the intersection of engineering and AI product development, building scalable pipelines, integrating state‑of‑the‑art models, and optimizing performance and cost in production environments. Collaboration with product, engineering, and design teams is essential to bring creative and technically complex ideas to life. ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop pipelines for multimodal AI generation (text, audio, image, video) Integrate generative AI models into production systems using AWS services Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into functional features Monitor model performance, quality, and cost efficiency in production Maintain continuous improvements and update models as new capabilities emerge Must HaveHands‑on experience with generative AI models (LLMs, Stable Diffusion, etc.) Strong proficiency in Python, including PyTorch/TensorFlow and API integrations Experience with AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, S3) Familiarity working with Anthropic Claude, GPT, or similar LLMs Ability to work independently and deliver production‑ready code Nice to HaveExperience building multimodal (image/video) generation pipelines Exposure to ML optimization, fine‑tuning, or cost‑reduction techniques Benefits & PerksHome office; Flexible hours; Competitive compensation based on experience; Career plans for extensive growth; International projects; Oowlish English Program; Oowlish Fitness with Total Pass; Games and competitions.
