For more information, visit What You’ll DoContribute to strategic planning for, and implementation of, Clinical Monitoring operational activities Partner with key functional leaders to foster strong working relationships across all parts of Clinical Operations Provide direction to CRA Management team to ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures Collaborate with Regional Heads of Clinical Monitoring in other regions to ensure consistency and quality of Clinical Monitoring practices globally Collaborate with Human Resources to recruit and interview potential CRA and CRA Management candidates Oversee planning and conduct of new employee orientation and mentoring programs to foster positive attitudes towards Company goals Provide support to VP of Global Clinical Monitoring on appropriate resourcing of billable work assignments to CRAs; ensure all project team assignments meet sponsor needs Establish frequent meetings with CRA Management and Clinical Project Management to ensure oversight of CRA performance and workload / assignments In close collaboration with Training & Development department and CRA Management, oversee identification, development and delivery of non-project related training for CRAs Collaborate with Quality Assurance and other functional areas to develop and revise Clinical Monitoring SOPs In collaboration with VP of Global Clinical Monitoring and other regional/department heads, establish performance objectives for CRA Management and evaluate CRA Managers against those objectives Oversee development of CRA performance objectives and ensure CRA evaluations are conducted by CRA Managers Oversee completion of CRA assessment visits and ensure provision of feedback from such visits to VP of Global Clinical Monitoring and other CTI personnel as appropriate Provide VP of Global Clinical Monitoring with feedback on issues relating to support, development and performance of employees In collaboration with VP of Global Clinical Monitoring, prepare departmental budget for the region and manage to ensure fiscal responsibility Represent Clinical Monitoring in internal leadership/management meetings Coordinate appropriate CRA / CRA Management representation needed for both internal and sponsor audits Represent Clinical Monitoring in sponsor capabilities presentations and sponsor meetings Assist with other duties as assigned What You Bring12 years clinical research monitoring experience Practical experience in conducting clinical studies with pharmaceutical company or clinical research organization (CRO) Experience in direct management / supervision of associates Bachelor’s degree in allied health fields such as nursing, pharmacy, or health science Why CTI?We support career progression – We have a structured mentoring program to provide the support you need to move forward We value education and training – We provide tuition reimbursement, partner with universities and colleges to create programs in our field, and have a dedicated training department We value our people – We have never had a layoff in our 20-year history, support a work-life balance, and have provided cash bonuses every year for the past decade Our culture is unparalleled – We've received multiple awards recognizing CTI as one of the best places to work in the greater Cincinnati area, as well as one of the top CROs in the industry We think globally and act locally – We have a global philanthropic program supporting our team’s efforts to improve their local communities (click here to learn more about our “CTI Cares” program) We are looking toward the future – We have had a consistent double‑digit growth rate over the last decade, invest in cutting‑edge technology, and pride ourselves on our average 95% annual retention rate (a recent report found that the average turnover for CROs in the US was 30%) Our work makes a difference – We focus our work on treatments for chronically and critically‑ill patients, who are depending on us to bring these life‑changing therapies to market In light of recent increase in hiring scams, if you're selected to move onto the next phase of our hiring process, a member of our team will reach out to you directly from an @ctifacts.com email address to guide you through our interview process.
