Lead Manufacturing Executive The Lead Manufacturing Executive is responsible for planning and optimizing domestic manufacturing resources, overseeing quality control and personnel operations, and promoting technology advancements. Develop and implement effective manufacturing resource allocation strategies to optimize plant performance Take responsibility for quality control and personnel operations in domestic and international plants Promote comprehensive manufacturing technology upgrades and drive technological innovation through strategic partnerships and investment Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Management, or related field Over 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations management with at least 5 years of senior leadership experience Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with ability to drive results-oriented teams About this role: This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership position in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
