In this role you will Main point of contact for our end users, providing essential support for business applications; Responsible for investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues, ensuring users have a smooth and productive experience. Mandatory Skills Diagnose and correct faults, answer technical questions, ensure systems operate without interruptions; Escalate complex problems to other teams, document incidents, and assist in the deployment of new applications; Knowledge of: Java/Python, PEGA (AI), MongoDB/SQL; English is mandatory; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in Data, IT or a closely related field. Desirable Skills Administration of Linux and Windows environments; Working to solve problems efficiently, in order to prevent them from recurring, and identifying scenarios that could lead to failures in the future; Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-disciplinary research environment.
