**Position**:Sourcer
**Reports to**:Sourcer Manager
**Target Salary**:R$2,500/mo. + commission and bonus incentives
**Commission**: R$1,000 for every successful placement
**Promotion Plan**: 4 Months to become Recruiter
**Location**: Belo Horizonte, Região Pampulha
**Responsibilities**:
- Launch Campaigns: Create and manage hiring campaigns across LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Bullhorn.
- Juggle Multiple Roles: Manage 3-7 open positions simultaneously across diverse markets.
- Close Partnership: Work closely with Recruiters throughout the interview process
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent in English: Advanced proficiency required.**:
- Educational Background: Associates or Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong Communication: Exceptional English reading and writing skills.
