What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Manage the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on hiring manager partnership and candidate experience Conduct recruitment intake sessions with hiring managers for designated roles Execute deep boolean searches to identify niche candidates in technical roles Screen resumes and interview candidates from both active and passive markets Facilitate the interview and hiring decision-making process with interviewers and hiring managers What is Required (Qualifications): 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a technology company or agency 5+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting in at least three domains: IT, Engineering, Product, Data Science, or Design Proficiency in managing 10+ job openings simultaneously Strong sales ability with effective candidate engagement skills Sharp interview skills to assess both technical and cultural fit How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience recruiting for a fast-paced SaaS environment Demonstrable ability to screen candidates for profile fit and close candidates effectively Flexibility and adaptability to shift roles as organizational needs change Experience with remote work arrangements and hybrid work models We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
