Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and design requirements.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using Figma.
  • Develop user-centered design solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experience.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in product design.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to design guidelines and standards.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience for Intermediate roles or 5+ years for Senior roles in product design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience with user-centered design methodologies.
  • Strong skills in prototyping and wireframing.
  • Excellent visual design capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to fluent English proficiency for effective communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree or relevant certifications in design or a related field.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with front-end development and understanding of technical constraints.
