• Manage local area networks (wired/wireless) for more than 2000 virtual/physical devices and provide extended data center support for critical business environments.
• Create/edit medium and high critical configuration scripts for new environments, troubleshooting, and remediation scenarios.
• Configure, troubleshoot, test, and perform IMAC for access/border/core networks for Cisco/HP families.
• Work with Cisco/HP family devices including small/medium switches (L2/L3), routers (L3-L7) for access/edge/core, and WLAN.
• Implement coverage for firewalls (Palo Alto) and SASE, including applying policies/rules/group member/individual.
• Identify, test, and install cabling (CAT5-9) and fiber optics (MM/SM).
• Test data communication for radio and mobile access.
• Analyze capacity and performance (CPU, memory, throughput, ports).
• Support service levels and availability of the networking infrastructure (preferably Cisco).
• Perform operation, configuration, and second-level support for Citrix Systems platform components (XenApp/XenDesktop, Netscaler, and related services) installed during the contract term, including:
  • Virtual desktops on Hyper-V and Moonshot HPE, ESX - VMware
  • Virtual applications
  • Load Balancer with Advanced Monitoring (Netscaler)
  • Web Application Firewall
  • Other services implemented during the evolution of the Citrix Systems platform
• Other services related to the Citrix Systems platform as implemented during the term of the agreement.

• Engineer or technologist in systems or telecommunications, computer science, or related field, with experience in managing LANs for large environments.
• Experience in creating/editing configuration scripts for new environments and remediation scenarios.
• Experience configuring, troubleshooting, testing, and performing IMAC for access/border/core network devices (Cisco/HP).
• Familiarity with small/medium switches (L2/L3), routers, and WLAN (Cisco/HP).
• Experience with firewalls (Palo Alto) and SASE; ability to apply policies and manage group memberships.
• Ability to identify, test, and install cabling and fiber optics; knowledge of data communication testing.
• Capacity/performance analysis (CPU, memory, throughput).
• Ability to support networking service levels and availability; preferably with Cisco.
• Experience with Citrix Systems platform components (XenApp/XenDesktop, Netscaler, Hyper-V, VMware) and related services.
