Worker MUST be based in São Paulo, Brazil We are hiring for our USA Client; payment is USD; Monthly Pay, No Benefits Candidate need to have a short notice period Candidate need to use their personal computer for work Candidate need to have an excellent English communication skills About the Role We’re seeking a Business Analyst & Scrum Master to help drive the delivery of our Supply Chain Analytics product teams. You’ll partner with planning, logistics, and manufacturing domain leaders to translate business needs into actionable insights, while facilitating agile delivery for a set of cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Product & Business Analysis (80%) • Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders (Demand Planning, S&OP, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, Customer Service) to elicit requirements, define user stories, and map processes. • Translate business problems into analytics solutions (dashboards, KPIs, data marts, alerts) aligned to product vision and roadmap. • Create and maintain artifacts: user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps (BPMN), data dictionaries, and data lineage. • Perform data discovery and profiling in Snowflake, write performant SQL (CTEs, window functions), validate data quality, and reconcile with source systems. • Review Power BI reports and semantic models; review row-level security (RLS), calculation groups, and DAX measures. • Define and monitor KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, inventory turns, case fill rate, OTIF, production adherence, DC throughput, transportation cost per case). • Support data governance (metadata, access controls, quality rules) and contribute to analytics best practices. Scrum Master & Delivery (20%) • Serve as Scrum Master for the product team: facilitate daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Coach the team in agile principles (empiricism, transparency, iterative delivery) and help remove impediments. • Maintain a healthy backlog and sprint cadence; utilize velocity and cycle time to forecast delivery. • Foster collaboration across business, data engineering, analytics, and platform teams (Snowflake, CI/CD, security). • Promote definition of ready/done, test automation where applicable, and measurable outcomes per sprint/release. • Track and communicate progress via roadmaps, burnup/burndown, and stakeholder updates. Qualifications • 5–8+ years in analytics/BA roles; 3–5+ years Scrum Master experience. • Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, and Power BI (DAX, RLS, modeling). • Strong grounding in data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data quality. • CPG supply chain experience (demand, inventory, production, logistics). • Excellent facilitation and communication skills. Preferred • CSM/PSM, PL-300, SnowPro Core • SAP/Blue Yonder/Kinaxis exposure • Familiarity with S&OP, APS, ERP (SAP/ECC/S4), TMS/WMS data structures and integration patterns. • Knowledge of data governance frameworks (e.g., data quality rules, stewardship, cataloging) Tools & Environment • Snowflake, SQL • Power BI (Desktop & Service) • Azure DevOps (work management) • Data Catalog/Governance (e.g., Collibra or internal) • ERP/APS/TMS/WMS integrations (SAP, Blue Yonder, etc.) What You’ll Impact • Service levels (case fill, OTIF), inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and cost-to-serve. • Data product reliability, scalability, and stakeholder adoption.
