Propósito El Sales Leader Cluster Argentina será responsable de coordinar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas en diversos segmentos (corporativo, grupos, ocio, etc.). El objetivo principal es aumentar la visibilidad de las propiedades, generar oportunidades de negocio, y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos por la gerencia regional de ventas, articulando la estrategia para cada hotel junto al equipo de ventas, gerentes generales y las diferentes áreas operativas de cada hotel. Dazzler by Wyndham is now seeking a Sales Leader Cluster Argentina to join our team at Dazzler by Wyndham Buenos Aires Palermo in Buenos Aires City, Argentina.Propósito El Sales Leader Cluster Argentina será responsable de coordinar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas en diversos segmentos (corporativo, grupos, ocio, etc.). El objetivo principal es aumentar la visibilidad de las propiedades, generar oportunidades de negocio, y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos por la gerencia regional de ventas, articulando la estrategia para cada hotel junto al equipo de ventas, gerentes generales y las diferentes áreas operativas de cada hotel.Principales funciones y responsabilidades Liderar y gestionar el equipo de ventas de los hoteles administrados en Argentina, enfocándose en los segmentos de grupos, corporativo, leisure, TMC (a cargo) y aerolíneas Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de ventas estratégicos para alcanzar los objetivos de ingresos y crecimiento en conjunto con el gerente regional de ventas Trabajar con los departamentos de Revenue, Marketing y Operaciones para asegurarse de que las estrategias de ventas estén alineadas con los objetivos generales de la región Generar planes de desarrollo para el equipo de ventas, incluyendo capacitación y coaching para mejorar las habilidades y el desempeño Fomentar un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y motivador, y asegurarse de que el equipo esté enfocado en brindar un servicio excepcional a los clientes Analizar los resultados de ventas e identificar oportunidades para mejorar el desempeño del equipo utilizando las herramientas de Wyndham Hotels and Resorts Comunicarse efectivamente con el Manager Regional de Ventas y otros departamentos para asegurarse de que los objetivos y estrategias estén alineados Realizar visitas por mes tanto individuales como de su equipo Educación y Experiencia Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Turismo, Marketing o áreas relacionadas Experiencia mínima de 4 años en ventas, preferentemente en la industria hotelera o en roles comerciales relacionados con el turismo y liderazgo Habilidad para gestionar múltiples propiedades y trabajar con equipos diversos Conocimiento profundo del mercado hotelero de Argentina y de ventas en segmentos como corporativo, grupos, leisure y grupos Excelentes habilidades de negociación, comunicación y manejo de relaciones con clientes Capacidad de análisis de datos, preparación de informes y presentación de resultados a nivel ejecutivo Nivel intermedio de inglés Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos (idealmente mandos medios) Company Overview Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is the world’s largest hotel franchising company by the number of properties with approximately 9,200 hotels across over 95 countries on six continents.
