Our **Technology** team is embarking on an incredible journey, we are looking for a person with an **analytical profile** for Digital Workplace Analytics Specialist position**.**

- Technology Services provide world class capability to support Unilever’s global businesses. With over 300 people working from multiple countries, TS provides 24x7 support for IT services across the globe._
- The Digital Workplace Analytics Specialist role is unique across Unilever’s UniOps as IT delivers partnering with stakeholders and technical capability for Insights to the whole_
- UniOps organisation. _
- As the SME in this field, the Digital Workplace Analytics Specialist supports every stage of the Insights process from definition, through design, to analysis of the final data. In that context, the role requires not only an in-depth knowledge of the Insights toolset and its capability but also of the wider concept of how the data can be used to generate insights for action by business. Provide Insights support for key strategic projects to define the success measures, targets and baselines and align on the approach to generate insights._
**_ Key Accountabilities _**
- _Support in selecting, configuring, and implementing various data interpretation & Insights generation mechanism for UniOps._
- _ Define success measures for key strategic projects and changes, allowing for continual allowing continuous insights generation._
- _ Act as an SME and provide advice on best practices towards Insights, KPIs and data visualizations. _
- _Support the central Insights team, the hub for all UniOps Insights mechanisms. _
- _Drive focus and standardisation of Insights generation and success measures activities across UniOps._
- _ Engage with Project stakeholders to ensure the right KPIs and overcome any technical challenges._
- _ Enforce a centralised end to end service offering to:_
- _ Define Success measures and KPIs for key strategic projects that feeds directly to Project/Business OKRs._
- _ Discuss and agree on technical details of each of these KPIs and data sources._
- _ Define baselines and targets for KPIs._
- _ Agree on Insights approach._
- _ Own key stakeholder relationship management with suppliers as well as internal stakeholders._
**Does that look like you?**
- _ Advanced English and Portuguese._
- _ Educated to bachelor’s degree level._
- _ Experience in an analytical or reporting role._
- _ Strong analytical review capability / Data modelling skills._
- _ Ability to work under time pressure to meet strict reporting deadlines;_
- _ Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to build strong and effective working relationships across many cultures;_
- _ Experience in working in a flexible environment to meet different time zone needs and strict deadlines._
- _ Understanding of the different business cultures within a global company._
