What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of real estate assets to improve profitability
  • Prepare Capcom Packages for renewals, closures, subleases, and lease terminations while ensuring compliance with the ICR Capcom Charter
  • Track Lease Expiration/Renewal Reports and ensure timely action on renewals and construction start dates
  • Collaborate with internal partners on strategic initiatives affecting real estate, including remodels and closures
  • Create and present detailed reports for senior management regarding asset performance and market conditions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2-year College Degree required
  • 2-4 years of experience in Real Estate, Real Estate Asset Management, Finance, or a related business field preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 4-year College Degree in Real Estate or Finance preferred
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry and/or Restaurant Finance Industry
  • Experience with CoStar and GIS Software preferred, but not required
  • Strong team player attitude
