QA Automation Leader at BairesDev

If you are a natural leader with mentoring experience, this job is for you As a QA Automation Tech Leader in our Development Team, your mission will be technically overseeing a team of experienced front and back developers. You will work in a fast-paced global team in charge of pushing the innovation to the next level. Innovation is at the heart of the BairesDev strategy.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Work closely with developers to create test cases, design test plans, and automate test cases for the verification of product functionality.
  2. Work closely with developers, Product Owners & Scrum Masters to review product requirements and design.
  3. Manage and track Bugs and Enhancements (via JIRA and applicable tools).
  4. Investigate and analyze product defects.
  5. Develop and implement the Test Automation strategy.
  6. Generate API Level Automated Test Scripts using various technologies and tools.
Here’s what we are looking for:
  1. 7+ years of experience in automated testing.
  2. Advanced agile methodologies management.
  3. Advanced Design Patterns knowledge.
  4. Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
  5. Experience with Security.
  6. Experience developing/integrating with large-scale applications.
  7. Fully specialized in Backend, Frontend development areas.
  8. Strong experience in coding reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  9. Expert understanding of the benefits/weaknesses of client's requirements.
  10. Advanced knowledge of the tradeoffs of choosing a certain technology.
  11. Strong experience participating in meetings with clients, users, and stakeholders.
  12. Experience leading teams, allocating tasks, identifying risks, decision making, estimating tasks, managing conflicts, planning.
