We are seeking a highly experienced remote Senior Data DevOps Engineer to help us design, build, and deploy data pipelines using AWS technologies and related tools.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, with strong expertise in Data Operations, AWS, and Linux. The candidate should also have hands-on experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools and possess proficiency in data processing and analysis tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or equivalent technologies.

Responsibilities
  1. Design, build, and deploy data pipelines using AWS technologies and related tools
  2. Develop and maintain tools and scripts for automating data transformation and analysis processes
  3. Create and maintain infrastructure templates using Terraform for automated deployment and configuration of data environments
  4. Provide guidance and support to the development team in terms of infrastructure setup, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
  5. Monitor and manage the performance, availability, and security of data platforms and infrastructure
Requirements
  1. At least 3 years of experience in DevOps and Data Analysis
  2. Strong expertise in Amazon Web Services and Linux operating systems
  3. Hands-on experience with Terraform or other infrastructure as code tools
  4. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
  5. Proficiency in data processing and analysis tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or equivalent technologies
  6. Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+)

  • Proficiency in Spark, Hadoop
  • Experience with Python, Bash, Helm
