Overview Lenovo is a global technology leader focused on delivering Smarter Technology for All. The Global Brand Campaign Manager role is an opportunity to plan and execute global communication strategies and integrated campaigns to elevate consumer experience within the smartphone segment. Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of 360° integrated campaigns, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders. Own integrated communications plans and briefs, managing all phases from strategy to measurement. Manage creative asset development and delivery with external partners (agencies) and internal creative hub. Partner with Global Research Insights to design learning agendas and measurement. Develop and manage relationships with key country partners, understanding country goals and strategies. Lead cross‑functional global teams to deliver marketing campaigns throughout the activation calendar. Lead campaign meetings and reviews with senior leaders, stakeholders and global partners. Manage campaign budget and campaign governance oversight. Minimum Qualifications BA required. 8+ years experience in marketing as Brand Manager, leading branding and ATL campaign planning and executions. Strong premium lifestyle marketing background. Above average project management and organizational skills to deliver complex agendas of multiple priorities and stakeholders. Strong communication, storytelling and presentation skills. Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal skills and a “Can do” attitude in a fast‑paced environment. Enthusiasm for brand marketing and demonstrated international experience. Fluent English mandatory for this global position.
