Overview
The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join AWS. In this role, you'll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You will be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
- Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts

Basic Qualifications- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- 1+ year experience with technologies related to large language models (LLMs), including architectures, model evaluation, adapters, and customization (pre-training and fine-tuning)
- 7+ years of professional software development experience in languages relevant to ML (e.g., Python, Java) and experience with RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures in ML, DL, NLP, CV, GNN, or distributed training
- 10+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics
- AWS experience with proficiency across a wide range of services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation)
- AWS Professional certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred
- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python)
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR)
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- PhD in computer science, engineering, mathematics, operations research, or a highly quantitative field (preferred)
- Spanish B2+ is a plus
