Overview Superior Completo em Ciências Contábeis. Especialização tributária é desejável. Raciocínio crítico e habilidade em soluções de problemas; Experiência em Tax Due Diligence (Indiretos) ou equivalente; Boa redação; Conhecimento de tributos indiretos; Conhecimento do ambiente de transações (Transaction Advisory); Conhecimento intermediário/avançado de Excel; e Inglês avançado é desejável. PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES Realizar trabalhos de Tax Due Diligence (consultoria tributária) em transações no buy-side e sell-side, fornecendo avaliações independentes e devidamente suportadas. Analisar a razoabilidade dos cálculos e das obrigações principais e acessórias e respectivas formalidades exigidas pela legislação tributária no período histórico da target, incluindo procedimentos de Impostos Indiretos (PIS / COFINS, IPI, ICMS, ISS). Desenvolver Working Papers, e principais dados e inputs. Levantamento de key findings tributários. Mapeamento e cálculo de potenciais contingências tributárias. Compreender e compartilhar o impacto das análises tributárias nas outras áreas de Due Diligence (impacto nas análises financeiras de EBITDA, capital de giro e endividamento líquido; nas análises trabalhistas e previdenciárias, etc.) Ajudar a desenvolver relatórios de Tax Due Diligence. Relacionar-se com outros assessores financeiros e legais, oferecendo insights e orientação. Compreender e atender os requisitos associados com o desenvolvimento de conclusões acerca de valores determinados, em conformidade com o IFRS e CPCs, normas fiscais, e normas regulamentares, permitindo às empresas entenderem o valor do negócio, ativo ou passivo, e tomarem decisões de negócios e de investimento informadas; Participar de reuniões e interações com o cliente; Revisar o próprio trabalho e dos trainees, para garantir a qualidade; Manter a liderança informada sobre o progresso dos trabalhos.
