Everything To Gain is excited to announce an opening for a Technical Recruiter . In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and attracting top-tier technical talent globally. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will gain a deep understanding of their specific needs and devise tailored recruitment strategies to source candidates who align with our organizational goals. Your knowledge of the South African tech landscape, along with your proven recruitment skills, will help us build a strong and innovative team. If you are driven by connecting talented professionals with exciting opportunities, we want to hear from you Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably with a focus on technology roles. Strong understanding of the US tech market, including current trends and necessary skill sets. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Ability to creatively source candidates using various platforms and tools. Capability to conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' technical abilities and fit. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment best practices. Commitment to promoting an inclusive and diverse hiring process.
