Enterprise Dynamics Solution Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Evaluate the current Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement architecture to identify areas for simplification and optimisation. Contribute to the development of a strategic technical assessment to drive long-term transformation. Define the roadmap for CRM ecosystem modernisation and help stakeholders understand the vision. Requirements: Senior-level expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, specifically Sales Enterprise module. Strong experience with integration technologies, such as APIs, connectors, and workflows. Deep knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies. Proven experience in CRM architecture rationalisation, data governance, and integration pattern design. Advanced problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills. Deliverables: Technical assessment report outlining recommendations for simplifying the Dynamics 365 CE architecture. A detailed roadmap for CRM ecosystem modernisation, including short-term stabilisation and medium-term optimisation initiatives. Work Environment: This role involves working with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through technology. As a Senior Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, you will be responsible for evaluating the current state of our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop a strategic technical assessment that drives long-term transformation and helps define the roadmap for CRM ecosystem modernisation. We are looking for someone with senior-level expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, strong experience with integration technologies, deep knowledge of Azure DevOps, and advanced problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
