We’re expanding our Data Platform Operations team and looking for an experiencedData Engineerwith strongAzure administrationandsoftware engineeringskills.This role combinesoperational excellenceanddevelopment capability, supporting and enhancing enterprise data solutions within the Azure ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize Azure resources:Data Lake, Databricks, Data Factory, AKS, Azure SQL, and Unity CatalogDesign, build, and maintain automation scripts, tools, and pipelines to improve platform reliabilityDevelop and enhance data workflows usingPython, SQL, and CI/CD tools(Terraform, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops)Monitor and troubleshoot performance, availability, and cost efficiencyApply security and compliance best practices (RBAC, access policies, MICS, SOC2 )ProvideL2/L3 supportfor data and analytics services, ensuring timely and effective incident resolutionCollaborate closely withdata engineers, BI developers, and cloud architectsto deliver robust, scalable solutionsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5+ years of experiencein Azure Data Engineering, Administration, or SREStrong hands-on skills withDatabricks, ADF, AKS, Airflow, Azure SQL, and Unity CatalogProven experience insoftware development and automation(Python, Power Shell, Azure CLI, Terraform)Familiarity withDev Ops, CI/CD, and software lifecycle managementExcellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred certifications:AZ-104, Databricks Administration, ITIL FoundationDesired ProfileTechnically engaged and self-drivenTakes ownership from issue detection through resolutionProactive, collaborative, and accountableAble to balanceoperational supportwithhands-on development and automationLanguagesFluent English (both written and spoken)LocationRemote
