- This is a Specialist role (AVP) with direct report to the Superintendente in Business Intelligence / Territory Management. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
- The job entails participating in the execution of multiple business intelligence and territory governance activities that aims to provide management support to our senior management and business teams including Coverage Teams and Business Lines.
- Business intelligence includes maintaining a strong set of management information as well as organizing and running forums such as the Business Development Committee and Pipeline Meetings, and providing support to forums such as the Territory Committee or the Consulting Board.
- The set of information to be leveraged and maintained should include client performance reports, portfolio management information, tailored metrics per activity, specific studies by demand, communication of key deals and commercial activities.
- Additional responsibilities include participation in the forecast and budget annual exercises, support to client segmentation and client planning recurrent sessions, support to coverage and métiers, collaboration with Communications and CSR teams in some initiatives, constant partnership within Americas CIB Coverage & Analytics and Hispanic Latam Chief of Staff (e.g. reporting landmark transactions on a monthly basis, work on cost allocation between Brazil and HL, etc) and ad-hoc studies.
- The position also entails the preparation and delivery of top tier presentation packs for internal meetings, e.g. senior managers coming from main hubs and to regulators and supervisors. In addition, it also requests skills to interact with coverage and métiers to ensure they are appropriately served in this intelligence information flow as well as with supporting roles across the bank to ensure optimal information flow. The role requires a strong knowledge of the banking industry and products, of the bank structures and businesses and it is important to understand concepts involving strategy, risk, capital and portfolio management. It also requires skills to connect with people cross areas as well as presentation skills and capacity to summarize and clearly tackle complex issues.
**Qualificações
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to respect deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at varios levels of seniority.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Power Point). Phyton, R, VBA are a plus.
- Fluent in Portuguese and in English - weekly meeting with int´l peers.
