As a Game Producer at Kokku Games, you will take on a pivotal role in leading the development of exciting game projects from concept to completion. This position requires an individual who is not only skilled at managing teams and timelines but also passionate about creating immersive gaming experiences. You'll collaborate with various disciplines such as design, art, programming, and quality assurance to ensure that our games meet high standards of quality and innovation.Key responsibilities include: Managing and facilitating the entire production process of game projects, while ensuring clear communication and alignment among all team members. Setting deadlines, tracking progress, and coordinating resources to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Overseeing the production of game assets, managing relationships with internal teams and external partners. Creating and maintaining project schedules, development pipelines, and documentation for project tracking. Conducting regular meetings to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and facilitate team discussions. Identifying potential risks and challenges and developing proactive solutions to keep the project on track. Ensuring that the final product meets quality standards and is delivered in alignment with the creative vision. RequirementsA solid background in game production and proven experience in the gaming industry. Proven experience leading teams through the game development process. Solid experience in Porting/Publishing and/or Codev/FullDev projects is a plus. A comprehensive understanding of game design and production methodologies. Strong agile/project management skills with proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote teamwork and foster collaboration. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. A problem-solving mindset, capable of navigating challenges in a fast-paced environment. A passion for video games and an understanding of current gaming trends and player expectations.
