This role provides ongoing operational support for one of our clients and plays a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. Key Responsibilities Schedule and Agenda Management: coordinate daily and weekly activities efficiently to ensure operations run smoothly and without disruptions. Technician Dispatching: assign tasks and coordinate technicians’ schedules and movements, optimizing time and resources. Administrative Support: provide essential administrative assistance to support operational workflows. Phone Systems Management: manage and support the client’s phone systems, ensuring clear and reliable communication. Customer Support: deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email and phone. What We’re Looking For Advanced English Proficiency (C1 / C2): strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: proficiency in Word and Excel for handling operational documents and reports. Technical Skills (IT & Communication Tools): comfort working with technology and communication systems relevant to the role. Stable Internet Connection: reliable connectivity to perform duties without interruptions. Availability & Commitment: ability to work the assigned schedule with flexibility to support client needs.
