Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mobile Developer with expertise in Flutter or React Native to join our growing remote development team. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter or React Native. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences. Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code and pixel-perfect interfaces. Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across platforms. Debug and resolve software defects and issues promptly. Stay up-to-date with emerging mobile technologies and industry trends. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with clear documentation. Required Skills and Qualifications Proficient in Flutter or React Native with hands-on experience developing and deploying apps. Solid understanding of mobile development principles, performance optimization, and best practices. Strong knowledge of Dart (Flutter) or JavaScript/TypeScript (React Native) . Familiarity with REST APIs and integration with back-end services. Experience with version control systems, especially Git . Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience Minimum 2 years of professional experience in mobile application development using Flutter or React Native. Experience publishing at least one app to Google Play Store or Apple App Store is a strong plus. Experience working in agile development environments preferred. Working Hours Flexible working hours with the expectation of regular collaboration with team members across different time zones. Availability for core meetings between 10 AM – 2 PM GMT preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Deep understanding of mobile platforms (iOS & Android) and device-specific behaviors. Ability to write reusable and modular code. Competence in debugging, unit testing, and performance monitoring. Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation is a plus.
