You will design and deploy AI agents, fine-tune large language models (LLMs), and build ML-driven tools for content quality scoring, style enforcement, and workflow automation. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly shape the product, improve customer outcomes, and influence the company\'s AI/ML roadmap. Success indicators for the first 3-6 months Deliver production-ready AI agents integrated into the platform. Fine-tune LLMs for at least two major customer use cases. Deploy an ML-based content quality scoring feature used by 80%+ of customers. Establish initial AI/ML engineering best practices for the team. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents to enhance product features and automation. Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific tasks and customer needs. Build and implement ML algorithms for content quality, style enforcement, and workflow optimization. Collaborate with founders to prioritize AI-driven initiatives aligned with business goals. Establish AI/ML engineering standards, tooling, and best practices. Requirements Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development with production-grade deployments. 2+ years of hands-on experience building applications using LLMs. Proficiency in Python and TypeScript. Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP). Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining RESTful APIs. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of deliverables. English fluency at C1+ level for daily collaboration with the founding team. Compensation & Logistics Annual Salary: $72,000-84,000 USD Early-stage equity + performance-based bonuses.
