About the Role We are looking for IT Project Managers to support strategic initiatives within the financial services sector. These professionals will work closely with senior leadership to coordinate planning, execution, and reporting across multiple business and technology workstreams. You will play a central role in ensuring visibility, structure, and collaboration across ongoing projects and programs, working with both business and IT stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities · Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment and progress tracking. · Support project planning, execution, and governance activities. · Facilitate meetings, capture and track action items, and maintain project documentation. · Collaborate with business and technical teams to align deliverables with priorities and timelines. · Maintain project artifacts and updates using Smartsheet, BPM, Meeting Logs, and ServiceNow. · Track dependencies, risks, and milestones across the portfolio. · Contribute to communities of practice and promote continuous improvement in project management standards. Required Qualifications · Experience in financial services or banking. · Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. · Strong organizational and documentation abilities, with attention to detail. · Proficiency in Smartsheet, BPM, ServiceNow, and other project tracking tools. · Experience coordinating cross-functional or indirect teams. · Exposure to portfolio or program-level management is a plus. · Fluent English. Additional Information · Projects include a mix of new initiatives and ongoing programs with varied complexity. · Collaboration with offshore and cross-functional teams across time zones. · Work hours aligned to U.S. Eastern Time (EST). · Remote from Brazil.
