Role Reports To GER FINANCAS Location Latin America, Brazil, Sao Paulo, Sao Jose dos Campos Work Location Hybrid What You Will Do As a PL Analyst for the NA Supply Chain Portfolio, you will be a key business partner, driving financial insights that influence decision-making and support growth across Canada. You’ll help build financial models for the portfolio team and work with different areas of the Supply Chain to gather key data, supporting CNIS planning initiatives. Additionally, you’ll contribute to process optimization and ensure that outcomes align with the company’s strategic objectives in NA. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the financial planning and forecasting process by developing and maintaining accurate financial models. Develop and deliver monthly financial reports, along with detailed analysis to support business insights and decision‑making. Track and report expenses, assist with month‑end and quarter‑end financial close activities. Ensure monthly closing is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Support Canada CNIS with comprehensive understanding across pillars. Prepare ad‑hoc analyses and presentations. Partner with Supply Chain Leaders to influence decisions with comprehensive financial assessments. Serve as key financial contact for the Canada Portfolio, overseeing expense management and providing weekly tracking updates. Perform accounting entries and manage the annual Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) account in Canada, including reporting to third‑party. Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Review current financial reporting methods and suggest improvements or automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Work collaboratively with teams from different departments to support shared goals and projects. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or professional certification preferred). Minimum of 2 years of finance, accounting, or related business experience. Strong business‑partnering skills. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Ability to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and business intelligence tools. Fluency in English. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Desired Qualifications Experience in Gross Profit Analysis. Experience in Supply Chain finance.
