Sr. Field Marketing

We’re looking for an experienced Field Marketing to join our team.This person will work together with 2 more people from the Field Marketing team. It will be the main interlocutor of the field marketing activities with the sales managers and other marketing areas.**Responsibilities**:- Strong end- to- end event management and execution expertise. Alignment and evaluate events tactics to meet sales funnel needs.- Strong campaign/event execution experience in driving promotion and attendance for live and virtual events.- Coordination of the company's participation as sponsor of events organized by other companies, defining representatives, content and positioning.- Training strategies for customers to use Azion from end to end in their business.- Online courses for developers that will support the demand acquisition strategy.- Work with the Product Marketing team to create campaigns.- Responsible for the Budget management, controlling purchase approvals and payments with the Financial Department.- Build successful partnerships with sales and leadership teams.- Analyze & interpret event metrics on a regular basis to report on performance (hubspot)- Monitors the success of marketing events by working with the sales team to guarantee the right follow up.- Always stay tuned in the digital universe to keep up with trends and create strategies that will delight our target audience.**Requirements**:- B2B experience in Field Marketing, plus in Experience in the information technology market;- Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or related areas.- 3 to 5 years of experience in general marketing, events online and offline- Experience with CRM or Hubspot tools;- Knowledge of marketing metrics for demand generation- Strong knowledge of the local market, including traditional and digital media landscape- Track record of building successful partnerships with sales and leadership teams- Advanced level of English. Ability to speak and write in Spanish. You will be part of an international team- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions- A fast learner and can quickly adapt to changes- Ability to work cross functionally and enjoys team work and team execution.- Metrically driven with a passion to analyze data.- Ability to handle tight deadlines, multitask and maintain high standards of work- HubSpot or other similar marketing tool knowledge is a huge plusAzion offers a competitive salary package, commute vouchers (VT), meal allowance (VR/VA), health plan, dental plan and some other cool stuff.
