HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Design and implement a strategic talent plan to attract, develop and engage talents nationwide
- Ensure our culture and values (The Specialized Way) is lived in our ways of working every day
- Implement a culture of continuous feedback and improvement
- Coach, advise and enable our leadership team on engaging our talent and supporting them to do their best work
- Evolve our talent tools, systems and processes
- Establish Specialized as the best place to work for top talent across all job types
- Design and implement an exceptional onboarding process to accelerate productivity and provide excellent experience for newly hired talent
Key Performance Indicators
- Implemented an effective talent acquisition and talent development strategy
- Established an employee engagement program to measure and optimize teammate engagement
- Evolved the performance management process to enable constant feedback to motivate and develop teammates
- An exceptional new-hire onboarding experience that measurably accelerates time to productivity
- Indirect impact on the optimization of the Rider Experience through meeting staffing goals and increased teammate engagement
- Established Specialized as the destination employer for top talent
- Ownership of the People & Culture budget nationwide
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO WIN
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR leadership role with a high-growth technology or consumer brand company
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement an effective, full-cycle talent strategy (attract, retain, develop, engage)
- Proven business partner who established trust and confidence of cross-functional leadership teams
- Demonstrated success in measuring and improving employee engagement, talent retention and talent satisfaction
- Ability to design as well as execute strategy and ability bring teammates along on the transformation journey
- Must have a bias for action and be proactive with high level of detail orientation
- University Degree in Human Resources or psychology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English (required) and Spanish (preferred)
- A passion for cycling or a desire to learn the impact bikes will have on the future of our planet
