ResponsibilitiesOwn the overall performance marketing strategy across all client accounts Lead, mentor, and scale a team of performance marketers Develop frameworks, SOPs, and best practices for campaign execution Oversee budgets, forecasting, and core KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV) Drive testing roadmaps across creatives, audiences, and funnels Ensure high-quality reporting and client communication standards Collaborate with creative, CRO, and analytics teams Identify new growth opportunities and emerging platforms Support sales and onboarding with strategic input Act as senior performance advisor for key client accounts Requirements6+ years of experience in performance marketing Proven leadership experience managing paid media teams Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms Strong strategic mindset with data-first decision makingTrack record of scaling ad budgets profitably Agency experience preferred Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable in fast-paced, remote or hybrid environments What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance incentives Remote or hybrid working model Leadership role with real impact on company growth Opportunity to build and shape a department Clear executive career path Collaborative, performance-driven culture Learning and development budge Head Of Marketing - lages, estado de santa catarina, Brazil #J-18808-Ljbffr
