As a Senior Software Engineer , with deep knowledge and experience building B2B SaaS solutions hosted on PaaS services offered by Azure or AWS.

• Develops applications and services primarily using React and .NET hosted on either Azure or AWS PaaS offerings, and other technologies as appropriate.
• Designs architecture through diagrams and technical design documents.
• Mentors team members, giving them regular feedback on architecture design, documentation and code quality.
• Build and test new designs, formulations, materials, or systems for compliance with quality and/or performance standards.
• Interprets functional/non-functional requirements and implements reliable software solutions.
• Tests new applications and services in a variety of environments.
• Maintains and modifies existing applications without supervision.
• Estimates and plans out work through user stories and tasks.
• Gauges platform performance and takes corrective action to optimize system behavior.
• Determines operational feasibility by providing analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions.
• Prepares and installs solutions by determining, designing, and implementing system specifications, standards, and programming guidelines.
• Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
• Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment.
• Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
• Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Supports and develops software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.
• Grows engineering teams by participating in interviewing, recruiting, and hiring.
• Stays on the leading edge of development practices.
• Demonstrates passion for great technologies, especially open source.
• Understands business needs and knows how to create the tools to manage them.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ Years of experience working as a Fullstack Developer.
• 5+ Years of experience working with React.
• 5+ Years of experience building products and services with TypeScript.
• 3+ Years of experience working with .NET C# and .NET 6 or later.
• Experience mentoring associates through mid-level developers.
• Experience with microservices.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB or Couchbase preferred).
• Advanced English level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
