Essential Job Functions Receive issue review and process import/export documentation for an assigned base of accounts; Obtain and process Customs release and other government agency releases as appropriate arranging delivery and invoicing the import accounts to their SOP; Monitor transactions and notify supervisory personnel of any problem or irregularities; Provide excellent and timely client service by informing the client of the status of their shipment(s); Coordinate the release of goods from the carrier customs or other governmental agency examinations that may be required; Ensure that all KPIs be followed properly; Support check if all data is completed/correct on TMF; Ensure that costs being applied correctly to avoid loss; Other duties as assigned. Other Skills & Abilities Strong oral and written communication skills; Must have excellent client service skills responding promptly and professionally to client needs and requests for service and assistance; Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills; Strong computer skills Microsoft Office Outlook; Knowledgeable of international operations and freight/logistics optimization; Excellent planning time management collaboration decision making organization and presentation skills; Ability to work well in a team environment collaborate with internal and external resources respond to questions from senior management and manage through conflict with a positive flexible attitude and professionalism; Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations. Education Requirements Minimum 1 year related experience. Certification and Licenses Professional certification may be required in some areas.
