**Id da vaga**:23559**Cargo**:Technical Leader - Consultor(a) Sênior**Diretoria**:Chief Technology Officer**Breakdown**:Technical Service Operation**UO**:Operational Procedure**Regional**: TIM SA RJ, ES e MG**Estado**:RIO DE JANEIRO**Cidade**:RIO DE JANEIRO**Descrição do perfil**Responsável por conceituar a solução que melhor se adequa ao negócio do cliente e que seja possível desenvolver, sem problemas, de acordo com a tecnologia adotada.**Principais atividades**- Desenhar fluxos e redigir requisitos para funcionalidades de automações sistêmicas;- Liderar projetos de melhoria contínua e transformação digital, buscando eficiência e otimização operacional;- Atuar como ponto focal para áreas externas em projetos que envolvam CTO Operations;- Conduzir alinhamentos com áreas clientes no levantamento de requisitos sistêmicos;- Atuar na identificação de ganhos (operacionais, financeiros) de demandas de áreas clientes;- Atuar junto a fornecedores na condução de projetos e demandas;- Reunir requisitos e especificações de clientes e usuários na definição da arquitetura;- Realizar o levantamento de requisitos funcionais e especificações de projetos;- Analisar a solução proposta sob o ponto de vista técnico de forma detalhada;- Elaborar a documentação técnica da especificação de requisitos e status report para gestão de projetos;- Enxergar possíveis problemas, impactos em modelos/protótipos e conexões com outros sistemas existentes;- Gerenciar o escopo, custos e prazos (cronograma) do projeto;- Desenvolver cronogramas e planos de teste para as soluções propostas;- Acompanhar os KPIs referentes a entrega do projeto e posterior operação;- Desenvolver cronogramas e planos de teste para as soluções propostas;- Desenvolver as especificações das propostas de soluções arquiteturais;- Acompanhar testes (ST, UAT e pré-produção);- Acompanhar a resolução de problemas e BUG.**Conhecimento, Experiência e Formação**- Obrigatória experiência com processos operacionais na área de Telecom e/ou TI;- Atuação em projetos de melhoria de processos;- Conhecimento em mensuração de ganhos, definição e acompanhamento de KPIs;- Confecção de apresentações executivas;- Definição e modelagem de relatórios estatísticos usando dados sistêmicos (Usando Excel, PBI ou ferramentas similares);- Governança de processos e gestão de projetos;- Desejável conhecimento em definição de RFQ, RFP e RFI;- Ter conhecimento técnico em sistemas de workflow (exemplo: Remedy; ServiceNow);- Desenvolvimento em Power Automate, Power APPS, Java script é um diferencial;- Superior Completo em Engenharia, Ciência da computação ou cursos de exatas;- Conhecimento ou certificação Design Thinking, ITIL, Fluxos operacionais, Bizagi, visio.
