Electrical BIM Leader

Overview Join to apply for the Electrical BIM Leader role at ENG . The role involves creating accurate BIM models for Electrical trade, reviewing specifications and design information to ensure constructible and high-quality models, and resolving conflicts during the modeling process to meet client expectations. Responsibilities Modeling and Design: Develop accurate electrical models using relevant software, including Revit or similar tools where applicable. Review and Analysis: Analyze project documents, discipline specifications, and submittals to ensure high-quality, accurate, and constructible designs. Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve potential conflicts during the modeling process and project coordination to meet client requirements. Qualifications Experience: At least 6 years of experience in electrical design and modeling. Software Skills: Revit or AutoCAD experience is highly desirable. Electrical Knowledge: Experience working in the field with familiarity with NEC standards. Education: A degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred. Language: Proficient or advanced level of English is required. Industry Experience: Mission-critical projects such as data centers; electrical installations for residential, commercial, industrial, and healthcare facilities.
