If you have proven experience in Mobile Performance Marketing (especially Social), live and breathe data, and are looking for a significant professional challenge on a flexible schedule—we want to hear from you The Unique Model & Flexibility : Maximum Flexibility and Remote : We offer a highly flexible and remote-first work model. You will have significant autonomy over your working hours and days. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities) High-Scale UA Management: Take full ownership of planning and executing global User Acquisition (UA) campaigns for our mobile apps / games, maintaining a focus on exceptionally high budgets (High-Scale performance). Social Platform Mastery: Lead advanced campaign management and optimization across core social media platforms, primarily Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and TikTok, including creative iteration and testing. Data-Driven Optimization: Conduct deep-dive analysis using attribution platforms (AppsFlyer / Singular) to identify performance levers, optimize campaigns, and ensure aggressive ROI / ROAS targets are met. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative, Data, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. What You Must Bring to the Table 3+ Years of Hands-On Experience in Performance Marketing / User Acquisition Mobile Apps or Gaming. Essential Experience managing and scaling VERY HIGH BUDGET SPENDS (High Scale is a must-have).
