React Software Developer We're seeking a skilled React software developer to join our team as part of an embedded engineering unit. This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly understand and contribute to existing codebases and systems. Develop clean, scalable, maintainable React applications Understand complex systems and onboard quickly Collaborate with cross-functional teams in English Be reliable, consistent, and committed Thrives in fast-paced environments Qualifications & Experience Required: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong expertise in React.js and the React ecosystem Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript Integrate with REST APIs or GraphQL Work with existing systems and architectures Solid understanding of component patterns, state management, and performance Git workflows, CI/CD, and code reviews English – strong communication and collaboration Work independently and within an embedded team Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality React applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, Design, Backend) Understand existing systems and contribute to new features and improvements Participate in technical discussions, planning, and code reviews Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability Troubleshoot and resolve production and integration issues Adapt quickly to project needs and changing requirements Follow best practices, patterns, and engineering standards Communicate progress and blockers clearly The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development, with a focus on React and its ecosystem. They should be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, communicating effectively to achieve shared goals. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns. Additionally, they should be proficient in modern programming languages, such as JavaScript and TypeScript, and have experience with version control systems like Git.
